1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and ck456 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ck456 website, mobile platform, and all associated gaming and betting services.

By completing the registration process and creating a ck456 account, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them. Your continued use of the platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version.

Accounts for which age verification cannot be completed will be suspended pending resolution, and any winnings accrued during the unverified period may be voided.

3 Account Registration

To access real-money gaming services on ck456, you must complete a registration process and create a verified account. The following rules apply to all ck456 accounts:

• One Account Per Player: Each individual may hold only one active ck456 account. Opening, using, or attempting to use multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ck456 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. ck456 does not accept cryptocurrency transactions or payments in foreign currencies.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your ck456 wallet in real time under normal conditions. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing windows are displayed on the cashier page. ck456 does not charge a fee for standard deposits, though your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges independently.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment channel used to make the qualifying deposit (same-source withdrawal policy). • Withdrawal requests will not be processed until any applicable bonus wagering requirements have been met in full.
• ck456 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before releasing withdrawal funds exceeding specified thresholds.
• Players may not withdraw funds that have been deposited but not yet subjected to at least one qualifying betting or gaming transaction, in order to prevent money-laundering activity.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

ck456 offers a range of bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers to registered players. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any promotion-specific terms published alongside each offer:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to a wagering (rollover) requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on the promotion page for each offer.
• Time Limits: All bonuses have an expiry period within which the wagering requirement must be completed. Unused bonus balances and any associated winnings expire automatically at the end of this period without compensation.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports betting, live casino, slots, bingo, and crash game activity on ck456 is governed by the specific game rules published within each product area, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

Sports Betting: Bets placed on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sporting events are settled in accordance with the official result of the governing body of the relevant competition. For cricket specifically, ck456 recognises results declared by the International Cricket Council (ICC), the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB), and the relevant domestic board for tournaments such as the BPL and IPL. In-play bets accepted after an event outcome has been determined but before the platform has been updated are void.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ck456 platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms that may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to place bets, access games, or interact with the ck456 platform in any manner not intended for human users.
• Colluding with other players in any casino game, poker variant, or live dealer format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, game glitches, or pricing errors to generate profit at the expense of ck456 or its game providers.

8 Intellectual Property

12 Suspension & Termination

ck456 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The player has provided false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration or during any subsequent verification request.
• ck456 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal activity associated with the account.
• The player has requested self-exclusion or a voluntary account closure.
• ck456 is required to close the account by order of a regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• The player's account has been inactive (no login or transaction) for a continuous period of 12 months or more.

Upon termination for a breach of these Terms, ck456 reserves the right to void any pending bets and to withhold any balance held in the account pending investigation. Where the account closure results from a player's voluntary request and no breach has occurred, any verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days.

13 Amendments to Terms

ck456 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time.
